一、前言
根据2007年8月27日国家质检总局公布的《化妆品标识管理规定》,化妆品是指以涂抹、喷洒或者其他类似方法,散布于人体表面的任何部位,以达到清洁、保养、美容、修饰和改变外观,或者修正人体气味,保持良好状态为目的的化学工业品或精细化工产品。而美容化妆品是特指用于面部及头发的美化用品,这类化妆品有胭脂,口红,眼影,头发染烫、发型处理、固定等用品。为检测美妆化妆品中的重金属元素含量,选择微波消解对其进行前处理,探索最适合的消解参数,该方法还有回收率高、空白低等特点,有利于后续对多种无机元素的快速准确测定。
二、仪器与试剂
2.1、仪器
新仪TANK微波消解仪,赶酸器,分析天平(十万分之一)等
2.2、试剂
硝酸(68%),过氧化氢(30%),氢氟酸(40%)
三、实验方法
3.1、口红样品
称取口红样品约0.2g(精确至0.1mg)置于消解罐底部,加入8mL硝酸,将消解罐放置在赶酸器上120℃预处理30min,取下冷却后补加1mL氢氟酸,组装消解罐,按照如下设置参数进行消解实验:

3.2、眼影样品
称取眼影样品约0.2g(精确至0.1mg)置于消解罐底部,加入8mL硝酸,将消解罐放置在赶酸器上120℃预处理30min,取下冷却后补加2mL过氧化氢和1mL氢氟酸,组装消解罐,按照如下设置参数进行消解实验:

3.4、赶酸定容
实验结束,待冷却至60℃以下,取出消解罐,将消解罐转移至通风橱中缓慢打开,放置在赶酸器上于160℃赶酸至0.5mL左右。消解罐放冷后,将消化液转移至25mL容量瓶中,用少量水洗涤消解罐2次~3次,合并洗涤液于容量瓶中并用水定容至刻度,混匀备用。
四、结果与讨论
实验选择口红、眼影、唇彩样品,采用硝酸+过氧化氢+氢氟酸的混合试剂进行实验,最高温度210℃,样品均可完全消解。

六、注意事项
1、实验中加入氢氟酸,后续必须进行赶酸处理,防止氢氟酸对玻璃器皿造成腐蚀和影响检测结果。
2、口红样品取样时,注意样品不能挂壁,避免造成局部受热不均损坏消解罐。
