一、前言
花生又名落花生,属蝶形花科落花生属一年生草本植物。原产于南美洲一带,世界上栽培花生的国家有100多个,亚洲最为普遍,次为非洲,据中国有关花生的文献记载栽培史约早于欧洲100多年。花生被人们誉为“植物肉”,含油量高达50%,品质优良,气味清香。除供食用外,还用于印染、造纸工业,花生也是一味中药,适用营养不良、脾胃失调、咳嗽痰喘、乳汁缺少等症。花生的栽培管理技术性也相对较强。
花生分为食用花生和油用花生,花生制品有煮花生、烤花生、油炸花生仁、咸干花生、裹衣花生、花生类糖制品、花生蛋白粉、花生组织蛋白和花生酱。为检测花生及制品中的重金属元素含量,选择微波消解对其进行前处理,探索最适合的消解参数,该方法还有回收率高、空白低等特点,有利于后续对多种无机元素的快速准确测定。
二、仪器与试剂
2.1、仪器
新仪TANK微波消解仪,赶酸器,分析天平(十万分之一)等
2.2、试剂
硝酸(68%),过氧化氢(30%)
三、实验方法
3.1、样品选择
超市购买花生、花生露、花生油与花生酱作为本次实验的样品。
3.2、花生样品
将花生去壳后粉碎,精确称取0.3g(精确至0.1mg)置于消解罐底部,加入6mL硝酸和2mL过氧化氢,静置10min左右,组装消解罐,按照如下设置参数进行消解实验:

3.6、赶酸定容
实验结束,待冷却至60℃以下,取出消解罐,将消解罐转移至通风橱中缓慢打开,放置在赶酸器上于160℃赶酸至0.5mL左右。消解罐放冷后,将消化液转移至25mL容量瓶中,用少量水洗涤消解罐2次~3次,合并洗涤液于容量瓶中并用水定容至刻度,混匀备用。
四、结果与讨论
实验选择花生、花生露、花生油及花生酱样品,分别采用不同的参数进行实验,最高温度190℃,样品均可完全消解。
